Welcome to Mrs. Rowand's Class

After working in the food industry for 10 years and working with kids in our community in different youth organizations I decided to make a career change and do what I love most, helping children realize their passion for food. 

When I'm not working with the amazing students at SLA my husband, a History teacher at SMA Prep, love spending quality time with our boys Austin 21, Asce 18, Jackson 17, and Matthew 12.
